It all started in the northern woods, making jerky for our trips to the wilderness using a simple dehydrator with pre-mixed flavor packets. This quickly evolved into experimenting with various spices turning the kitchen into our lab.

I was once "meh!" about jerky. No more.

I can also say that while I'm into savory tastes, anything with a hot flavor is not my cup of tea ... But WOW! I'm about halfway through the bag o' jerky in an afternoon. It's chewy, but not overly so, the perfect level of hot, and tasty enough to be addictive. Best Jerky Ever
"I cannot have sugar and so I've looked for a long time for a jerky that didn't have sugar in it and finally found it. I've personally had the teriyaki and original flavored jerky, and love them both. My recent purchase was for my 3 grown kids who won't get theirs until a little later. I'm sure they'll love it.
This was my second favorite of the 4 i tried. The texture was perfect for me, was able to bite through it no problem but it still had plenty of chewyness. The flavor was great!
My hubby loves teriyaki beef jerky so I thought this jerky would be a great gift. Nailed it!!! Love that is from TX and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend supporting this company.
I absolutely love your jerky. My only complaint is the last order was a little dry for me. I get it for the tenderness. So to get a dry package occasionally is very disappointing. I would definitely order more if every order was tender. But I am sure it is impossible to guarantee that.
But over all! I highly recommend buying from your company.
