It all started in the northern woods, making jerky for our trips to the wilderness using a simple dehydrator with pre-mixed flavor packets. This quickly evolved into experimenting with various spices turning the kitchen into our lab.

We are beef jerky artists. Each flavor of our jerky is tested to perfection, alongside our unique texture & tenderness is our recipe for amazing jerky.

I can also say that while I'm into savory tastes, anything with a hot flavor is not my cup of tea ... But WOW! I'm about halfway through the bag o' jerky in an afternoon. It's chewy, but not overly so, the perfect level of hot, and tasty enough to be addictive. No cheese necessary." "I cannot have sugar and so I've looked for a long time for a jerky that didn't have sugar in it and finally found it. I am also allergic to grains so I could not just eat any kind of regular jerky, so I'm a happy camper now because I found the perfect jerky for me." Garlic Lovers Beef Jerky

The garlic is one of my faves! Super flavorful, wonderful texture. The only trouble is I tend to eat too much of it at one sitting, and then I don’t have enough the rest of the month waiting for my subscription to be filled… So it’s kind of a self-inflicted wound! By the way, the subscription is the way to go, your jerky shows up at your door every month like clockwork! If you haven’t done a subscription, you should try it. Keep yourself in good jerky all month long. Just don’t do like I do, and eat all of it too fast!

My first time to try the garlic. It was absolutely wonderful. My wife had bought me the Hatch Chili jerky earlier in the year and I told her that it was the best jerky I’ve ever had in my life. So I decided to order and try some different ones since the hatch chili is a seasonal jerky. And the garlic is wonderful absolutely love it.
