It all started in the northern woods, making jerky for our trips to the wilderness using a simple dehydrator with pre-mixed flavor packets. This quickly evolved into experimenting with various spices turning the kitchen into our lab.
We are beef jerky artists. Each flavor of our jerky is tested to perfection, alongside our unique texture & tenderness is our recipe for amazing jerky.

The Original is fantastic! It has a nice little spicy kick to it, but not overpowering. The texture is wonderful. I love the way these guys make their jerky. It is definitely the best of the best.
Love the clean ingredients and soft texture. Love the values of this company. A little disappointed to see the original to still be so spicy. Would be nice to find a beef jerky that doesn’t have all the added peppery chili spices.

I really like the flavor and texture of the jerky. It sow good middle ground where you don’t have to tear it off to bite it, but it isn’t overly soft.

I'm getting used to the taste of the original flavor. I like that it is peppery, but there's an odd, gamey taste as well. It is very filling. I eat it with hard boiled eggs in the morning...good for carnivore live-it:)

Im not sure if it was old, the flavor was not good nor was the texture. It was like powder form once I chewed it.
Fresher with more moisture and better taste would do.
We’ve been buying hickory’ hollow jelly for many years at Christmas especially. It is so really good but the packages are a lot smaller for the price.
